Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 29, 2025, Jordan Schur resigned as the President of Bonk, Inc. (the “Company”) effective as of such date. Mr. Schur’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its Board of Directors or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
