On March 28, 2025, Bolt Project Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a revised version of its Fourth Quarter 2024 Shareholder Letter, previously issued on March 18, 2025, to reflect the Company’s financial outlook and expectation of at least $4.5 million in revenues for 2025, as reported in the Company’s earnings release of the same date.
