Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 2, 2024, Jason Goldberg, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Blue Foundry Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Foundry Bancorp (the "Company"), notified the Bank of his intention to resign his position with the Bank effective April 19, 2024. Mr. Goldberg served in his current capacity at the Bank since September 15, 2021 and is leaving for a sales leadership position at a large national financial institution.

The Company is engaging in a search to fill this position.

Mr. Goldberg’s resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Bank or the Company.
