(“Blackstone”) posted on its website at www.blackstone.com/news a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing a preliminary estimate regarding revenue Blackstone expects to record related to realization activity for the period from January 1, 2026 to March 24, 2026. The Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
