BlackRock Municipal 2020 Term Trust (NYSE:BKK) and BlackRock Florida Municipal 2020 Term Trust (NYSE:BFO) (each, a "Fund" and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that there will be no distributions in connection with the final wind up of the Fund's affairs and liquidation of its assets. In conjunction with the closure of the Funds, all escrow shares will be terminated. There will be no tax consequences related to the closure.
