As previously reported in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by BlackRock, Inc. (the “Company”) on October 3, 2022, following the completion of the Company’s 2022 financial reporting requirements, which occurred with the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 24, 2023, (i) Gary S. Shedlin transitioned from the role of Chief Financial Officer to Vice Chairman and (ii) Martin Small became Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
