On December 13, 2021, the Registrant issued a press release announcing it has changed its name to Renovare Environmental, Inc. and effective December 13, 2021 shares of its common stock would be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Markets under the symbol RENO. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
