On March 2, 2026, Biohaven Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
