Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 7, 2024, James S. Camp notified the Boards of Directors of BayCom Corp (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, United Business Bank (the “Bank”), of his decision to retire as a director of the Company and the Bank, effective immediately. Mr. Camp indicated that his decision to retire was for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Boards or the Company's or the Bank’s management.
