(NASDAQ:BSVN), the parent company of Oklahoma City-based Bank7 (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. This dividend represents an approximate 10% increase to the current dividend and is the second consecutive annual increase in BSVN's quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on January 7, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 23, 2021.
