Other Events.

On April 1, 2021, Ball Corporation announced that it intends to change its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from “BLL” to “BALL”. Trading under the new ticker symbol will begin early in 2022. Additional information will be shared prior to the change taking effect.
