MONTVALE, N.J., Dec. 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ:BCPC) today announced that on December 5, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a dividend on its shares of common stock equal to $0.71 per share on the Company's issued and outstanding Common Stock, to be payable on January 20, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 27, 2022. This dividend represents an 10.9% increase over last year's annual dividend.
