Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On October 3, 2022, in connection with Greg Ebel’s announced appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge, Mr. Ebel notified the Baker Hughes Company Board of Directors (the "Board") of his intention to resign from the Board. Mr. Ebel will continue to serve on the Baker Hughes Board until December 31, 2022. The Board thanks Mr. Ebel for his significant contributions and wishes him success in his new role.
