On January 7, 2026, AZZ Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared and authorized a fiscal year 2026 third quarter cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on February 26, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2026.
