Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 18, 2021, Cheray Duran, Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of AutoWeb, Inc. (“Company”), notified the Company that she was resigning her position with the Company effective November 12, 2021.
