On June 21, 2022, Atkore Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has acquired United Poly Systems, a manufacturer of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pressure pipe and conduit, primarily serving telecom, water infrastructure, renewables, and energy markets. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
