On October 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents ($0.12) per share of the Company’s common stock to be paid on or about December 2, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2021.
