On November 4, 2022, Douglas L. Rock notified Arcosa, Inc. (the "Company") of his retirement as a director and member of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective immediately. Mr. Rock’s decision to retire from the Board is not the result of any disagreement with the Board or with the Company.
