Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 7,748 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Expro Group Holdings N.V. 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan to Mr. Arbeter, an employee of Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. ("OHA") and a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, as annual compensation to the non-employee members of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of common stock, nominal value Euro0.06 per share, of the Issuer ("Common Stock"). The RSUs vest on June 1, 2025. Pursuant to the policies of OHA, the RSUs received by Mr. Arbeter are held for the benefit of certain clients of OHA. Pursuant to Rule 16a-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Act"), Mr. Arbeter is a beneficial owner of certain securities of the Issuer to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. This filing shall not be deemed an admission that Mr. Arbeter is or was, for the purposes of Section 16 of the Act of otherwise, a beneficial owner of
