Acquisition expands ANV’s specialty platform with technology-enabled lending and insurance-backed credit solutions

ANV Group Holdings Ltd. ("ANV"), a global insurance intermediary platform, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Open Lending, a leading provider of insurance-backed lending enablement and risk analytics solutions for financial institutions. The transaction, originally announced on June 16, 2026, has received all required regulatory approvals. Open Lending is now a privately held company.

Founded more than two decades ago, Open Lending partners with financial institutions to help expand access to automotive financing through its proprietary risk decisioning technology and insurance-backed credit solutions. The acquisition expands ANV’s specialty platform by adding a differentiated lending enablement business that complements its insurance expertise and broader growth strategy.
