On February 1, 2022, Ricky Sun, Ph.D., notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Annexon, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board, effective immediately. Dr. Sun’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
