HAVERTOWN, Pa., Sept. 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMREP Corporation (NYSE:AXR) today reported net income of $4,692,000, or $0.87 per diluted share, for its 2026 fiscal first quarter ended July 31, 2025 compared to net income of $4,064,000, or $0.76 per diluted share, for the same period of the prior year. Revenues were $17,851,000 for the first quarter of 2026 and $19,091,000 for the first quarter of 2025.
