XBiotech Inc. (“XBiotech” or the “Company”) files this Form 8-K/A solely to clarify information regarding director Craig Rademaker’s position at the private equity firm referenced in the first sentence of the third paragraph of the June 24, 2025 Form 8-K previously filed by the Company. That sentence is restated as follows.

Mr. Rademaker is a consultant to a number of Canadian private equity firms. His responsibilities principally include capital markets activities.
