Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units granted on February 24, 2025, which vest in sixteen equal quarterly installments over four years with a vesting commencement date of February 24, 2025.

Remarks:

This amendment is being made to solely correct the vesting schedule of the restricted stock award granted.
