Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average purchase price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $21.37 to $21.39 per share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), any security holder of the Company, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

2. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person as reported in the original Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 7, 2025, which inadvertently omitted an aggregate of 756 shares purchased under the Eagle Bancorp, Inc. 2021 Employee Stock Purchase Plan for the periods ended June 30, 2024, and September 30, 2024.
