This percentage was determined by dividing 2,203,396 by 87,596,644, which is the sum of (i) 85,393,248, which is the number of shares outstanding as of May 5, 2026, as reported in the Issuer's 10-Q filed with the SEC on May 7, 2026 and (ii) the number of Warrants.
