MIM (US) has beneficial ownership of 11,097,671 shares of Common Stock and MIML has beneficial ownership of 4,972 shares of Class A Common Stock. Through its parent-subsidiary relationship to MIM (US) and MIML, MFC may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of these same shares.
