Ownership

(a)

Amount beneficially owned:

Wolverine Asset Management, LLC ("WAM") is an investment adviser and has voting and dispositive power over 275,700 ordinary shares of the Issuer. The sole member and manager of WAM is Wolverine Holdings, LLC ("Wolverine Holdings"). Robert R. Bellick and Christopher L. Gust, may be deemed to control Wolverine Holdings in their roles as Managers of Wolverine Holdings. Each of Wolverine Holdings, Mr. Bellick, and Mr. Gust have voting and dispositive power over 275,700 ordinary shares of the Issuer.

Percent of class:

WAM may be deemed the beneficial owner of 5.21% of the Issuer's outstanding Ordinary Shares and each of Wolverine Holdings, Mr. Bellick, and Mr. Gust may be deemed the beneficial owner of 5.21% of the Issuer's outstanding Ordinary Shares. Percentages were calculated by dividing the number of shares deemed beneficially owned by each reporting person by 5,288,092 (the number of shares outstanding as of 3/24/2026 according to the Issuer's Form 10-K filed 3/24/2026).
