¹Shelei Jiang beneficially owns 1,496,159 shares of common stock through her 100% ownership of DYT INFO PTE. LTD. DYT INFO PTE. LTD. purchased 701,754 new shares of common stock of the Issuer pursuant to a securities purchase agreement entered into on September 24, 2024.
