	The name of the issuer is ASP Isotopes Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER'S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Company's principal executive offices are located at 601 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, South Building, Suite 900, Washington, DC 20004.

Item 2(a).	NAME OF PERSON FILING:

	This statement is filed by AK Jensen Investment Management Limited (“AK Jensen”) with respect to the shares of Common Stock (as defined in Item 2(d) below) held by certain funds and accounts (“AK Jensen Funds”) to which it serves as investment manager.

	Anders K. Jensen, a citizen of Norway, and Duncan P. Saville, a citizen of Britain, may be deemed to indirectly control AK Jensen.

	AK Jensen is sometimes referred to as the “Reporting Person.”

	The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the shares of Common Stock reported herein.

	The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 68,409,116 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of September 23, 2024, as reported in the Company's Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 21, 2024.

Tees River Critical Resources Fund Ltd., an AK Jensen Fund, has the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends or the proceeds from the sale of more than 5% of the shares of Common Stock.
