This Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13D relates to the Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”) of AlTi Global, Inc. (the “Issuer”), which has its principal executive offices at 520 Madison Avenue, 26^th Floor, New York, New York.

Item 3 of the Schedule 13D is amended and supplemented as follows:

The source of funds for the acquisitions of the shares of Common Stock reported on this Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13D was the working capital of IlWaddi.
