Explanatory Note

This Amendment No. 1 on Form 6-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 6-K of Quhuo Limited, originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 19, 2026 (the “Original Report”), solely to refile Exhibit 99.1 to reflect updated information in Proposal 4 thereof. All other information disclosed in the Original Report remains unchanged.
