Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 1, 2025, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported an incorrect number of restricted stock units as acquired by the reporting person pursuant to the Embecta 2022 Employee and Director Equity-Based Compensation Plan and the incorrect number of restricted stock units subsequently held by the reporting person. This amendment reports the correct number of restricted stock units held by the reporting person following all of the transactions reported therein.
