Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 17, 2026, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that erroneously reported 371 time-based Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") acquired under the Company's Long-Term Performance Incentive Plan. As reported in this amendment, the correct number of RSUs acquired was 724. RSUs represent a contingent right to receive one share of KWR common stock, and Dividend Equivalent Rights accrue when and as dividends are paid on KWR common stock. The RSUs will vest in three annual installments beginning on March 15, 2027.
