Explanation of Responses:

1. This amended Form 4 is being filed solely to correct the inadvertent errors in the number of securities beneficially owned directly by the reporting person in Column 5 following each of the two reported transactions in Table I of the Form 4 filed on May 1, 2025 (the "Original Form 4"). All other information reported in the Original Form 4 remains the same, except for the title of the reporting person, which has changed since the time of the filing of the Original Form 4.
