Explanation of Responses:

1. Due to a clerical error, the original Form 4 filing inadvertently listed an incorrect amount in Column 5 of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person directly (for Table 1 purposes) following the reported transactions on February 19, 2025. This amendment corrects this clerical error by reporting the direct holding, following the reported transactions, as 7,100 instead of 12,780. Share holdings set forth in Forms 4 filed by the reporting person following the date of this Form 4/A will reflect the adjustments set forth herein.
