Explanatory Note: Comstock Inc. (the "Company") filed a Form 4 on April 1, 2026 (the "Original Form 4"). This Amendment is being filed solely to correct an inadvertent error in the explanation of responses disclosed in the Original Form 4, which has been corrected to remove the language. This Amendment hereby amends the Original Form 4 by removing the explanation of responses language and, except as set forth herein, no other amendments to the Original Form 4 are made by this Amendment.
