Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on 5/14/2025, is being amended by this Form 4/A to include 8,993 shares of common stock held indirectly by the reporting person through a trust, which were reported on the Form 4 filed on 5/22/2023 but inadvertently omitted from subsequent filings. This amendment reports the correction of a holding and does not reflect any new transaction in the Issuer's securities.

2. This amendment also reflects the transfer of 41,288 shares from the insider's direct holdings to the trust, which was not reflected in the original filing.
