1. This amendment is being filed only to correct the grant date originally reported on the Form 4 filed on March 14, 2025.

2. The warrants were issued to stockholders of the Issuer in connection with the Issuer's emergence from bankruptcy on January 14, 2025 (the "Recapitalization"). Each Warrant was immediately exercisable upon issuance.
