Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 25, 2025, a Form 4 was filed on behalf of the reporting person that incorrectly identified the type of securities granted to such person on June 17, 2025 as being 54,300 restricted stock units, which were included in Table I. This amended Form 4 is being filed to correct that the securities granted to the reporting person on June 17, 2025 were non-qualified stock options to purchase 54,300 shares of common stock, which were granted under the issuer's director compensation policy. These non-qualified stock options are identified on Table II and will vest on the first anniversary of the date of grant.
