Explanation of Responses:

1. Amendment-N/A

2. The original Form 4, filed on February 06, 2026, is being amended by this Form 4 Amendment solely to correct an administrative error which miscalculated the amount of beneficially owned shares after the grant of 5,663 shares. The correct number of beneficially owned shares was 9,703; thus, the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects an increase in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned.
