1. Includes 188,083 Ordinary Shares underlying time-based units that vest on November 2, 2026 and 200,000 Ordinary Shares underlying time-based units that vest on May 4, 2028. This Amendment is being filed to correct the number of Ordinary Shares beneficially owned by the reporting person as of March 18, 2026. The original Form 3 reported 563,103 shares; the correct number is 763,083 shares
