Explanation of Responses:

1. 71,180 shares are represented by Equity Share Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one Indian Equity Share of the Issuer, subject to the applicable vesting schedule and the Reporting Person continuing to be a Service Provider through each applicable vesting date.

2. The shares subject to the option shall vest in tranches each year, and each vested tranche carries a five year exercise period, subject to the Reporting Person remaining in continuous service through each vesting date. The exercise price is Indian Rupee (INR) 1,554.30 per share.
