1. This option was omitted from the reporting person's original Form 3, and was also omitted from the Form 4s filed after the original Form 3 was filed.

2. The option was granted to the Reporting Person on November 12, 2022, and vested with respect to one-fourth of the shares on November 12, 2023; the remaining three-fourths of the shares will vest in equal monthly installments over the subsequent 36 months, subject to the reporting person's continued service.
