Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option was granted on February 5, 2025.

2. The stock option will vest 1/3 on the first anniversary of the grant date and in equal quarterly installments thereafter until the third anniversary.

3. This Form 3/A amends the Form 3 originally filed on April 17, 2026. The amendment is being filed solely to include 400,000 shares of Common Stock underlying a stock option granted on February 5, 2025, which were inadvertently omitted from the original filing. No other changes have been made to information previously reported.
