Explanation of Responses:

1. Each American depositary share represents one hundred (100) Class A common shares of Huize Holding Limited, with a par value of US$0.00001 per share.

2. The 104,704,800 options were granted to the reporting person on April 22, 2024, and are scheduled to vest in eight equal quarterly installments of 13,088,100 options each over a two-year period. Six out of the eight installments have already vested, and the remaining two installments will vest on March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2026, respectively.

3. The 20,660,000 options were granted to the reporting person on March 14, 2023 and have been fully vested.

4. The 3,911,945 options were granted to the reporting person on September 8, 2021 and have been fully vested.

5. The 7,556,701 options were granted to the reporting person on June 30, 2019 and have been fully vested.
