On March 31, 2026, Solésence, Inc. (the “Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K (the “Original Form 10-K”). The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 to the Original Form 10-K is to add Exhibit 97.1, which was inadvertently omitted in the Original Form 10-K.
