On September 25, 2024, DURECT Corporation issued a press release announcing its Phase 3 registrational trial design for larsucosterol for the treatment of patients with severe alcohol-associated hepatitis (AH). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference. This Form 8-K/A is being filed to correct a broken link to Exhibit 99.1 in the Form 8-K previously filed on today’s date.
