Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person under the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock. Subject to the terms of the award agreement evidencing the grant of the RSUs, the RSUs vest in full on the earlier of the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date or the date of the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, provided that the Reporting Person remains in continuous service with the Issuer through the vesting date.

2. Since the date of the last ownership form of the Reporting Person, 30,730 shares have been transferred and are now indirectly held by the Robinette Family Trust, for which the reporting person is the sole Trustee.

Remarks:

This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares transferred to the Robinette Family Trust and make corresponding adjustments to the Reporting Person's direct and indirect holdings.
