1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $8.47 to $8.57 inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

Remarks:

This Form 4/A amends the Form 4 filing dated May 18, 2026, solely to amend the footnote in this report to clarify that the transaction referred to in Table I was a purchase.
